We will begin accepting applications on February 23, 2017, after New Parent Information Night.

The application and all supplemental application forms must be submitted to the Admissions office

before an application is considered complete and ready for processing.

Below are the basics of the admission process. Follow the steps to submit your application.

Application Process

1. Fill out the application.


2. Our admissions team will contact you about

setting a date for your student to be tested. 

These test results will assess proper placement and

to determine qualifications for admittance.


3. Collect student records from previous schools,

including test scores, report cards

and/or High School transcripts.


4. Student/Parent interviews are conducted for

the junior high and high school students.


5. Following all the steps,
parents will be notified of the results of the process.

El Sobrante Christian School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights and privileges, and activities made available to all students. The administration however, reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone unwilling to comply with the school's regulations, or unable to achieve the school's level of academic standards.

Tuition & fees

Base Tuition

Elementary: $6,310 - Sibling Discount $1,050 = $5,260 per additional student

Junior High: $6,800 - Sibling Discount $1,250 = $5,500 per additional student

High School: $8,450 - Sibling Discount $1,450 = $7,000 per additional student


Curriculum Fees

Elementary: $350 per student

(Includes Textbook usage, consumable materials, Class Fee, RenWeb and Disaster Preparedness)


7th Grade: $380 per student

(Includes Textbook usage, consumable materials, Class Fee, RenWeb and Disaster Preparedness)


8th Grade: $415 per student

(Includes Textbook usage, consumable materials, Class Fee, RenWeb, Disaster Preparedness and graduation fee $35)


High School: $215 per student (Includes Class Fee, RenWeb & Disaster Preparedness)


Registration Fees

Elementary: Testing Fee $50 per student, Processing Fee $75 per student

Junior High: Testing Fee $50 per student, Processing Fee $100 per student

High School: Testing Fee $100 per student, Processing Fee $100 per student

Re-Registration Fee for returning students: $200


Other Fees

Senior Graduation Fee: $100 per student

Capital Improvements Fee: $125 per year per family

Parent Participation Fee: $300 per family

Discounts & financial aid

Sibling Discount

Elementary:$5,260 (normally $6,310)

Junior High: $5,550 (normally $6,800)

High School: $7,000 (normally $8,450)


Annual Scholarships

Students can apply for scholarships annually. Applications are available in February of each school year.

Referral Program

If you refer a new student family to ESCS, you will receive this tuition credit up to $500 for the month of December.
